Hi, I am new to winemaking and happened upon this forum.

I started my first gallon last weekend, used the recipe from the book "the joy of home winemaking" by Terry Garey. If you're familiar with the book it is in chapter 2.

You all seem so knowledgable and seems to be having a great time.
