Thanks all who posted on my b-day.
I was actually up in articsid's neighborhood since the day before my b-day. I just got back Friday.
When I was a Coastie I never got to visit Alaska, and I was always told by all who were stationed there you will either love it and never want to leave or hate it and can't wait to get out. Well now I know the answer for me and I can't wait to go back. Despite the cold it is one awesome place.
Too bad I didn't have time to dig ol'sid out and get him back to the forums though.
Again thanks all who posted and it was one hellof a b-day for me, even if was a work related trip, LOL.

I don't leave again until middle of May for a week in Sitka, then it gets busy for about a month.
1 week Sitka Alaska
1 week back home (working in the bees)
1 week Duluth MN
1 week Homer Alaska
2 weeks home (working in the bees)
1 week Bayonne NJ
then home for a few weeks before off to fly away again.
