Tonight, to celebrate this esteemed day ( National Wine Day & the Top Wine Holidays to Note in 2023 - WineCountry.com ) I will be having something Red from Italy (perhaps we'll try a bottle of my 1.5 yr Nebbiolo made from Italian juice-I bet it is still too young) or a purchased Sangiovese based Chianti. I'm still pondering my lunch celebration, but it'll be with a spicy chicken wrap maybe a FWK Reisling bottled last May.
