I would top it off to about 2 inches from the bottom of the bung
 
It appears like you have a vigorus fermentation rolling there so I would leave it for now. Once the fermentation slows down I would top up us Vernsgal suggested.
 
Yeah fermentation appears to be going pretty good.

When the fermentation has stopped - I would rack over to a new container and top up 1-2" from the bottom of the bung.
