Just keep turning the bottle in the steam. Works a treat. I guess it's a matter of scale. I only bottle 6 bottles at a time as I age in 1 Imp. Gallon Demis. Last edited: Sep 26, 2009

It's amazing how fast they shrink. Oh, and the water needs to be very hot or it get a little lopsided.
