I started my first batch of wine a few weeks ago, and this forum was very helpful to me. I found answers to all my questions here. I was very intrigued reading about Skeeter Pee, and was thinking: "heck, I am going to have a bunch of slurry from my 10 gallon fermenting wine, why not give it a try?". So, now I am making SP, too . I am going to post a question about it in that section of the forum.
I used Gamay grapes to make my wine. I see that they are not very common...
