I know a few Carpenter family but they are a few miles south of Berea in Rockcastle county.

Glad to have you aboard, what have you made so far or are you just beginning?

I just finished a Sauvignon Blanc kit from Vinter's Harvest. Since I am getting married at the end of the month I am holding back from starting anything else till after the honymoon.After that I am thinking of starting a batch of Apfelwin, and maybe some cider. I scored a 5 gallon cider press at a yard sale for $75. So at the moment I am just looking for recipes to make and buying the odd piece of equipment till I can get started again.
