Hi all,

I 'finally' started my first batch of wine this week, and looking forward not only to the end product, but learning more and more about the whole process.

Right, I'm now off to search a dew questions that I already have, and post anything that I can't find the answer for! I'm pretty sure my 'newbie' issues have been asked before, so here goes....

Cape Spear, the most eastern point in NA, is just 20km from me. I actually proposed to my now wife at that point for that reason! However, my wife is a Newfoundlander, hence I'm living here now. She followed me around with the military long enough, and it was time for her to move home!!!

Ahh, so once again, you are only separated from France by a narrow channel. (And here, by "France," I mean St. Pierre et Miquelon.)
