I just thought of a lil limerick for ya, who wants to finish the last line.
"There once was a wine maker from Carolina.
Whose wines couldn't be any fine-ah.
and while scratching his chin, he said with a grin,

I've done a blackberry, an awesome plum, and just finished up with a couple batches of peach. One is peach passion fruit and mighty fine if I say so myself. The current on in the primary is a strawberry zin kit. I'm still learning a lot. Thanks for the warm welcome.
