Bonjour!
I got my 7 gallon batch of must today from a Livermore winemaker and I am quite excited. It is like bringing home a baby from the hospital. This can't be harder than raising an infant right? It is Cab Sauvignon and the brix is high (I will bring that up in another thread.) I was going to start with a juice kit but some grapes kinda fell in my lap :)

Howdy and welcome to the forum. You are right, this isn't very hard. A bit intimatating for some people, but the hardest thing for most to learn is patience. Arne.
