Hi everyone. My name is Doug and been making wine and lurking on the site for over a year. Thought it was about time to begin contributing. I would like to thank Joeswines who lives not to far and has been helpful with all my questions thus far.
Currently we have some Chilean juice still in the carboy along with some apfelwein which smells tasty already.
