Novice brewer. Been brewing beer & wine for a couple years. My first batch was a gallon of dandelion wine that was delicious. Like experimenting with gallon batches, but occassionaly do 5 or 6 gallons of beer or vino.

Lots of great info here! Looking forward to learning from you all.

Welcome to the forum!

I believe you are short changing yourself or maybe being overly modest but considering the background you described. in my opinion, you're certainly not a novice.
