Regarding the age thing: I recently joined the local winemaking guild - the youngest member was double my age, and the oldest was triple!
Good to see people of all ages able to connect and share experiences. The fellow who just turned 90 a while ago says he has some wines and ports in his cellar that are over 40 years old, that he made. Now that's patience!
