I have been reviewing post on here for the past 2 weeks, I stated a Red RJS Glad Hatter Valpolicella kit and just yesterday moved to secondary fermentation
I also started a white European Select Sauvignon Blanc yerterday. All seems to be going well minus the continuous reference information about ...
- when will the fermentation begin
- Why are there no bubbles in the air lock
- Oh cool ... there are the bubbles
- Should I have left the lid slightly off (Father would never have done that!)
- What happened to demijohns ... and what is a carboy
