I just wanted to say hello. I just joined the forum after reading your posts for a few days. I plan on starting my first kit tomorrow (Riesling) and found many helpful posts in the forum. I am sure I will have a lot of questions as I go along. I know the first thing is the clean and sanitize !!! I am glad to be here. Hello Cindyjo! I've learned alot from these people in a short time and
recommend this place to anyone who makes wine even if the think they
dont need help because theres ALWAYS something new to learn. Knowledge
is a never ending lesson. Goodluck with your first kit. Just remember
to sanitize everything that touches or comes close to your wine and
