Hi everyone. I am a long time wine maker(12 years) and currently own a Ferment on Premise in the Toronto, Ontario area. I have made just about every wine kit out there but there is always more to learn. I was told about this website/forum by a customer who uses this site to check in on reviews of kits. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with this great community.
