Hello everyone... I just got into making wine this fall... made 3 one gallon batches( two kieffer pear, and a type of white lambrusca grape) and one 1/2 gallon batch(a riparia grape)... needless to say, I am hooked, and already planning bigger and better batches next year... I have a particular interest in using native, wild grapes, partly because they are what I used this first time, and they were good, but mostly because I am cheap (they grow everywhere around here)... I will probably ask a lot of seemingly stupid questions, but being a newb, I imagine that is expected of me... anywho, just wanted to introduce myself...
