I've recently moved to the Central Coast area of California - near Paso Robles where my wife and I have purchased a house with 4+ acres of land. We decided to put in a hobby vineyard - and broke ground just a few days ago. Total size is 0.8 of an acre on a north facing gentle slope. Yes I know that's not ideal but the whole property has the same slope.
