Hi everyone, my name is Al and i live in Tijuana Mexico, just a few miles down south to the border of San Diego Ca.
I found this great forum with lots of information and very very interesting way to learn about winemaking. I started brew beer in home for about a year and 3 months and just two weeks ago i challenged myself to make my first wine: a strawberry wine fruit .. didn't find locally pectic enzyme by the day i went to the LHBS so i missed that in the recipe.

i'll be here for a while and of course i'll show somme pics of my ferments and something more
cheers!

Al

Al, Welcome to the forum. You can add the pectic at the end of the ferment also. It should not change the color of your wine, but should help it clear. Arne.
