Hi everyone! My name is Zare! I'm from Montreal and 27 years old. Have always been fascinated with wine so decided I should try making my own. My first batch is a 10L Nebbiolo kit (Grand Cru). Thought I would start with something simple rather than pay more for a larger kit and be $130 in the hole and have enough vinegar to last me 10 years . I'm currently at secondary fermentation stage so we'll see how this story is going to end. I look forward to reading everyone's experiences here and hopefully I pick up a few things from everyone!
