I'm new to the world of wine-making and am hoping to do a little bit of experimenting since I don't know that much yet. I'm more into wine tasting than making it myself, but I'm curious and want to give it a go.

Hi Sandy and welcome to the forum. I think you will enjoy winemaking and you may find it is not all that involved. If you like to cook or bake, it is much the same thing except that the process is more time consuming. You are certainly in the right geographic area because most of the great kits come from Canada. I have to ask, is there a significance to the two i's in your ID or is that a typo?
