Hi From Central Illinois

Hi from central Illinois. I’m not bragging, but I am near the Springfield area. I retired a year ago last May. Before retiring, I thought that I would start growing some Concord grapes, so by the time I retired, I would have a nice hobby. Of course, I did not take into consideration that the weather, birds, squirrels and deer would have other plans for my hobby. Seems like an uphill battle. Well anyway, I found this website last night and signed up…….I sure could use all of the help that I can get.

Thanks guys! Yeah, I think I have already read a few things from "Grapeman." Sounds like he can grow some grapes. I'm sure I'll pick his brain every chance I get.
