Im new here and new to wine making. I'm from East of England in UK and at the moment i have 1 gallon of strawberry wine fermenting (kit) and 1 gallon of apple wine i have just started from fresh apples (a mix of cooking apples and two different types of eating apples).

Well that's it for me lol

Yes bkisel wine and beer making is popular over here there's plenty of brew shops in the cities to get everything from (i just spend too much money when i walk into one lmao).

oh good i may need to ask some questions soon if i get in trouble with the apple wine im doing (first time i have done wine from fresh fruit). at the moment though it seems to be fermenting well going for first rack tomorrow (strain the fruit out).

I have a lot to learn though as i have never heard about ph, acidity and stuff in wine.
