I've just made Rhubarb wine didn't realize it was a difficult one to start with, this is my first batch and it fermented nicely in the bucket until I put it in the demijohns should I be concerned that the bubbling has stopped and nothing appears to be happening? Can anyone help do I need to add something else, I put red grape concentrate in tartaric acid, yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, vitamin B table all in at the bucket stage and it looked and smelt 'good' until I put it in the jars. Now there is nothing going on, been a week on Friday, I won't give up!!
