Hi I'm Farley new too winemaking. I had given to me a demijohn and 3 elderflower kits for Xmas, I went out and bought a hydrometer and a syphon and done the whole process in the demijohn I found it an easy way to start of and have just finished my last batch.
I went too my local home brew shop to buy a new kit but they didn't have any 6 bottle kits so I ended up buying a 30l starter kit and ended up talking to the shop owner. He was explaining to me that complete wine kits are a great and fast way to make wine but making it with your own stuff is better and allot cheaper.
So here I am asking what is a good and easy recipe to follow for my first big batch? I like rose and white wine not a lover of red.
Thanks Adrian
