Yummy. I just opened a quart of tomato juice I canned last summer. Wow that stuff is great in the winter. I don't know if anyone else does this, but when the tomato juice pulp settles it leave a clear yellowish liquid on top. I pour that off first and enjoy it seperately. We called that liquid sunshine when I was a kid.
I just wish I had more than about 20 jars of juice. the quartered tomatos I canned have also been good in soups, but sipping home made tomato juice might be better than wine or at least a close second.
