Is the clear pvc tubing they carry at Home Depot ok (food grade) to use for racking wine?

I have to go look at the size - but it is not a normal size that you will find easily

I do sell it by the foot - because I have to purchase it by the 100 Ft rolls

I sell it for 1 dollar a foot plus shipping -
