How long do I need to wait after I add Potassium sorbate before I back sweeten and add a F Pac

I like to wait 2 weeks. That may not be needed, But thats what I do.

I've added it at the same time and I've waited a month or more.

i usually stabilise and add the back sweeten the next day- i never had a problem with re occuring fermentations- i usually clarify with super clear first then sorbate and metta befor back sweetning.

Kits have you add the sulfite and sorbate and then sweeten at the same time but the fpacs that come with these kits are also stabilized. You should wait at least 2-3 days just to make sure the agent or agents have thoroughly mixed in and dissolved well.
