Useing a couple of cheap bottles for topping off works great 24.00 for a low end kit is pretty good. I'am sure the kit will come out good and your cost for your wine should be only about 3.50 a bottle, which should be better or at the very least as good as those 9.00 bottles. Not a bad return on your investment. If you can swing it try one of the better we selection series they have twice the amount of juice and you can use alittle of the wine you made to top it off. You will notice that when the wine is done, it will be as good as a any 15.00 or 20.00 bottle of wine and your investment will be about 6.00 a bottle. I have made both type of kit and it is diffenitly worth the extra money if it is in your budget.
