RJ Spagnols How many times can you use oak staves?

I've recently started adding oak staves to my Concord wine and wine kits, during either the secondary fermentation or the bulk aging phases.
Does anyone know how many times you can use them? Any potential problems from overuse? They have been used about three times. Sanitized with Potassium Metabisulphite before use.

One time and I throw them out.

I use the oak one time ~ cubes or staves.
