Good evening everyone. I am getting back into making my own wine again. The last couple of years I got lazy and have been using the box kits. I have rhubarb that my wife wants out of the freezer and cranberry season will be here in a month (live in north Wisconsin). I would like to blend the two together. Looking for a recipe or a method on how to. I have been told to start it out with them mixed right at the start of fermentation. I have been told to ferment them separately and then mix to my taste at time of bottling. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I blend after aging and usually do a small glass to test the blend. Have always had great success. Common blends are 80-20%, 75-25%, 50-50%. Blending 3 wines can yield great results if you have the correct wines.
