I stated a batch yesterday and the OG is 1.052. Want want to increasethe potential alcohola bit once fermenting has started. Is there a table to help with this and when is the best time to start.
 
Right now is a great time to add more sugar that has been dissolved in water.


You can use this chart below to calculate how much sugar you need to add.

Enter you current gravity (1.052), volume (3.0 gals)and target gravity and check the boxes next to each entry. On the additional sugars #1 switch this to sugar from honey and it will calculate total amount to add.
