Hi, I’m trying to get a type 02 winemaking license and I’m not sure if their site is just confusing or if I’m just dumb, but I can’t seem to figure out how to go about it. Does anyone have any tips or is there a link with a walkthrough?

You would need to download the complete ABC license package from New License Application | Alcoholic Beverage Control
Then depending on your entity type, download the correct forms. Fill out the necessary diagrams and file it at your local ABC office. If you do not want to go in, you can have the forms notarized and mailed. The only issue with notarization and mailing is that you wont find out on the spot if you did something incorrect (almost a certainty that there is a mistake somewhere, no ones perfect

Next steps are to register with the TTB for your federal basic permit, purchase a bond (if required) and submit that application
