Once your fermentation gets started good it will produce its own heat - I use a brew belt to get it started, when necessary, and then, unless it is very cold, unplug the belt and wrap an insulated shirt around the bucket and it maintains a good temperature on its own. If you do a secondary ferment in the carboy, wrap that as well.
