I now have made a worksheet that keeps me on track and my lady friend is extremely good at keeping accurate records and making sure i follow the method.

I used tha for a while and it is excellent. I'm too cheap to use my colored ink and i needed to add a lot of tests in between to keep me on track. I think the being cheap thing was the real reason for using a diferent sheet though
