Insecticide recommendation for variety of pest

All was calm and quiet but last time I looked at the vine an assortment of pests have moved in!

Black aphid and black ants farming them

Scale

Leaf phylloxera

The vine hasn't really reacted yet so I'm guessing native riparia is resistant.

Is phylloxera like any other aphid and I just use a soap/water solution?

Regarding Phylloxera, if you don't have a heavy infestation, as you notice it, pull the leaves and dispose in a plastic bag. If you stay on top of it you should be able to manage it and maybe eliminate it. To control it with insecticides is much more costly and difficult, I have read. I think the soap and water does work for aphids.

Yea I did make 1 major mistake so far with the project. I didn't pkNt any ornamentals to attract predacious insects. Ok, thx. Also have Japanese bettles ugh!

Lastly, will neem oil work on phylloxera?

Anyone have luck with yellow sticky traps for leaf miner flies? I'm always going to have a problem, the neighborhood is overrun with virginia creeper and the viginia creeper is overrun with leaf miners...

I just pick off the leaves when I see it, my version of leaf pulling, but it would be nice to not have it at all. I've tried sticky traps for other things and had no luck so before I order special yellow sticky traps (can't find any ion the local garden stores) I'm just wondering if it is a total waste versus somewhat effective or better.
