I have a question about Mosti Mondiale Instruction (Alljuice and Renaissance). Both have the same wording.
At the end of Step 2 it says “Leave the carboy in the fermentation area for the next 6-7 days” At Step 3 it starts by saying “After approximately 10-12 days, to ..”
My Question is do I wait 6-7 or 10-12 days to start step 3 the Clearing?
FYI – at the end of step 3 it says allow 8-10 days to clear and at the start of step 4 it says after 8-10 days your wine will be clear.
