Is this boron toxicity?

My grapes were perfectly fine and then I had to transplant them to containers because I'm moving. What's wrong with the leaves? Is this detrimental to the vine if left unchecked for about 2 months?

Looks just like phylloxera. Might be mites. Pray it's mites. What kinda grapes?

I highly doubt it's phyloxera, they're grafted to 3309 rootstock which has good resistance. The grapes are gewürztraminer.
