WineXpert Italian Barolo Wine Kit

I think I saw somewhere that these kits were "new". I haven't done one before so I don't know, but this one is definitely 18L. Even without my cheater glasses. lol

That is a Brunello, not a Barolo.
However Brunello has become one of my favorites. I have one sitting in the on-deck circle!

This 18L labeling includes the grape pack. It is 16L of juice. I always find that misleading

Yes it did come with a lovely grape skin pack that I can't decide whether to use it in the kit or make jelly out of.
Roger, that grape pack is about 1 1/2 liters.

I am going to start the kit this weekend. I'll measure the juice and post the result so we can all sleep.

yes Lori, good idea....measure the juice as I am really curious as to how many liters these really are, not including the skins pack....will be watching this thread....which is now turning into a different subject....
