Looks like you are going to blow thru 2000 posts while I am away this weekend, so congrats on the posts and thanks for spending time with us. Now that that is out of the way, just think. If you hadn't been spending so much time on the computer you could of made a heck of a lot more wine. LOL, welcome to the 2000 club. Arne.

Good work Jim, keep up the great insight on things.

jswordy? Who's that?

Just kidding!!! Great to have him around for sure.

I was looking for a good strawberry wine recipe.Went through and read countless threads looking for one that appealed to me.
And the winner was: A JSWordy recipe!
He's got a unique approach to winemaking that I have learned a lot from and I always enjoy his input.

Thanks. Now working as hard as I can to attain the goal that Arne has set for me. :)

Ahhh Jim give up you'll never do it. It will take a man that likes to post a lot with a sense of humor. I don't think you can do it! :) Besides don't you have some corks to go soak.

Seems you are at 1,987 posts now (which also happens to be the year I graduated - some institution). You've got your work cut out for you this weekend. I'm looking forward to reading the fruits of your labor.
