July & August 2015 Wine of the Month

No pictures yet but mine is called leftovers wine.

1 gallon blackberry juice
1 gallon strawberry juice
1 gallon noble Muscadine juice.

Sugar to 1.095

Rc-212 yeast.

Tried this after about 6 months in the bottle. It was OK but nothing to brag about. Trying it again later tonight so we shall see

Well final notes on this is its a nice interesting flavor, not sure I'd attempt this again but. Own that it's aged out its good (not 20.00 a bottle good) but good non the less.
