This is a guava wine. Still clearing, needs to be polished and adjusted but I just love the colour of this.

Did you happen to use Color Pro?
Nope, I didn't even know what Color Pro was/is. Just a standard recipe. It was the first time I had made a 5 gallon batch of it though.
I keep having to peek at it as I pass

Looks just like Mayhaw wine. If I get enough Mayhaws to make wine with I will post it up. All the Mayhaw juice is turned into Jelly around here but I added 5 more trees 2 years ago and topworked another so I may be able to make a 3 gallon batch if we don't get a late frost.
