Just started my first wines

Well I'm in! I purchased a wine kit and supplies with the intent to start that. Instead I started an apfelwein and then a skeeter pee. The wine kit will be next. Both seem to be progressing nicely.

I think a skeeter pee is a great wine to start with. It is a fast drinker. I am sure you know this but most folks add flavor from concentrates or fruits or ohter juices.

Skeeter pee was a little slow to start especially compared to the apple. It's bubbling steady now, added a heating pad to the bucket.

I ready have a huge list of things I want to try.

welcome! the list never really seems to get smaller, just changes into columns what i tried and liked, what i tired and needed to do this to improve on
