I am getting ready to bottle a batch of Raspberry Merlot from summer breeze.
I have read other posts that say most of you add Extra K-met(1/4 tsp) to each 6 gallon batch you make just before you bottle.
Do you recommend adding this to ALL wines before we bottle? even the cheaper kits like mine?
