Kmet - when to add or do I add?

I am getting ready to bottle a batch of Raspberry Merlot from summer breeze.
I have read other posts that say most of you add Extra K-met(1/4 tsp) to each 6 gallon batch you make just before you bottle.

Do you recommend adding this to ALL wines before we bottle? even the cheaper kits like mine?

If you followed the instructions for the kit and didn't bulk age it then no you don't need to add it. That kit is meant to drink fairly quickly so the extra isn't needed- it will have enough in it from the included packet.
