what's that cranberry chianti like?
just bottled my second skeeter pee tonight and i sweetened it with cranberry concentrate and sugar. i think it coulda used a little bit more cranberry.

The Chianti is pretty sweet right now. It's still young and should improve in a few months. This is one of my Christmas Wines.
I also added Cranberry to my Skeeter. My Cranberry was delibertly rather tart when I bottled it. Mixing 30% of that to the skeeter is awesome.

My currently clearing skeeter pee has 1/3 lemon and 2/3rds cranberry. We'll see in a few weeks if it's too intense.

Yea I think I like the WOLF label best
