THIS wine can be made totally dryer then most and has a clean crisp finish that makes it different from the rest of the whites I have made similar to the pacific quartet only a little dryer.
I changed the yeast to qa23..this wine should finish out drryyyyyyyyyyyyyy

We used the following yeast: QA23.
Often used in terpenic whites, it enhances the aromatic aspects of a grape. QA23 really brings out the floral and tropical notes, making an elegant, fruit focused, aromatic wine.
