I just picked this one up on LabelPeelers. Has anyone made this one yet? Any notes on it?

It should have been Pacific Quartet, darn autocorrect. Not sure how to fix the thread title.

Popped the cork on a bottle of WE Pacific Quartet Red (bottled 8/20) last night and had our dinner guests sample it. Everyone loved it - "very smooth" was the most common reaction. If it's that's good after just 2 years, you can bet I'm going to squirrel it away for a couple more years before trying anther bottle!

It's a good wine, but definitely needs at least a year + in the bottle, two would be best
