Leaky corks?

I found 5 or so bottles on my rack with these small bubbles by the corks? No wine was leaking out that I could tell. Is air getting into the wine through the corks? Or am I being paranoid? After letting the bubbles move to the main part of the bottle I moved the suspect bottles to a separate location for further analysis.

Thoughts?

Surface tension of water was holding them there. Probably the same air the bottles had when corked originally.
