Lodi gold white juice 6 gallons

I bought 3 6 gallon lodi gold Chardonnay. They are really releasing some co2 in the bucket. Does anyone know if lodi gold adds yeast or is it wild? If it's wild should I dose with campden, wait a day than add yeast?
