Looking forward to fall

My friends on here have been an amazing help and I look forward to gaining valuable insight from each of your expertise. I plan start to my next batch in the fall. In planning, are there any particular vineyards from California I should be targeting? I want the best possible, as I do not want to tweak much. If you recall from last year I had some acidity issues that led me here(I added the prescribed amount of tartaric which overshot!) and I don't want to get into that again.

Let me know what you guys use---what are the best sources of grapes?

Grapes are a local commodity. Where do you live? If you are doing wine from fresh grapes, it is ideal to get your sources lined up now. They will be ready to harvest nearly the end of August, at least in my neck of the woods.
